We use USPS because of their quick service and delivery to APO and PO boxes.
All our packages will be sent parcel post, free shipping on orders $25 or more, to all contiguous United States destinations. They usually arrive within a week or less from your purchase date.
For international shipments and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, there is a flat rate charge of $15.00.
Because we use PayPal as our secure payment method, you can choose to pay either by credit card or e-check. Please note that an e-check can take up to five days to clear and your package will be sent when the payment is verified.
The credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us that you would like to return your full or partial order. From the date of order you have 30 days to return or exchange your purchase. If you would like an exchange, please email us as quickly as possible. Because we are also a busy boutique located in Portland, Oregon, the more notice you can give us the greater the chance we will have your size in stock.
